1. What do you like best about your role at ClickDimensions?

There is something about digging into the sales and marketing world of different organizations that intrigues me. I truly enjoy listening to the challenges and triumphs of today’s organizations and working with them to make their world a bit more connected and simplified.

2. What is one piece of advice you would like to share with ClickDimensions customers?

Focus on what works, but don’t be afraid to try new tactics. There are so many businesses out there that stick to the status quo and don’t take the leap to change up their strategy. That monthly newsletter, sure, keep it, but think about what else you can do to drive engagement or brand awareness. I see so many stick to email, but a full-featured marketing automation solution is capable of so much more. Use social, automate some campaigns, nurture leads, and report on it all so you can pivot when something falls flat or, even better, replicate when it soars.

3. What’s new in your department or area of the company that’s exciting for ClickDimensions customers?

The rate at which we are releasing new features into ClickDimensions is amazing. We have a new landing page editor, survey editor, event management connections, marketing analytics – it just keeps expanding and it is exciting to see the progress and look forward to the future.

4. If you had your own late-night talk show, who would you invite as your first guest, and why?

Robin Williams. First off, I loved his humor and he would be an excellent guest for any late-night talk show. Secondly, it would be amazing to be able to talk to him about the stigma around mental health. It is ok to not be ok sometimes. I wish there were more realization of that in the world.

5. What profession other than yours would you like to attempt?

It is going to sound cliché, but if I weren’t at ClickDimensions I would likely be focusing on marketing at a small- or medium-sized business. I also love crafting, but being attuned to the market, it is overcrowded and would not be ideal without a niche offering.
