Trond Johnsen
Manager of Customer Success, ClickDimensions

1. What do you like best about your role at ClickDimensions?

One thing I get to do daily that I enjoy, both internally as part of the global Customer Success Team, and externally with our customers, is problem solving. There are always new challenges and problems that need to be solved. In my role as manager of our EMEA team, I also get the opportunity to directly impact how we operate globally. When you look at our tasks from different perspectives, which is vitally important, there are big cultural differences between different regions.

2. What is one piece of advice you would like to share with ClickDimensions customers?

Talk to us about our marketing services and how we can help you grow your business by utilizing ClickDimensions even more. Our teams are here to help, and we have a lot of incredibly knowledgeable people who can take your marketing efforts to the next level.

3. What’s new in your department or area of the company that’s exciting for ClickDimensions customers?

There is always something new going on in the customer success world and that is part of what makes our job both challenging and interesting. Right now, we are working on taking our engagements with customers to the next level and I am looking forward to us helping customers develop their marketing and grow their business even more with our team.

4. What would you do on your ideal Saturday?

My ideal Saturday would be spent fly fishing for salmon during the day, ideally in Northern BC – Canada, followed by a good meal with good friends and perhaps a good drink in the evening.

5. What was the last book you read? Did you enjoy it?

Sadly, I don’t find myself reading books as often as I used to, but I believe the last book I finished was a re-read of Ham on Rye by Charles Bukowski. I have also been reading 1Q84 by Haruki Murakami, but I put it down a while back before I had time to finish it and got busy with other things.
