Manager of Learning and Development, ClickDimensions

1. What do you like best about your role at ClickDimensions?

I love that creativity and attention to detail are welcome, as I like to do things with pizzazz, but also with quality. I get to take my experiences with and knowledge of ClickDimensions and Dynamics and create a learning journey through our help site and ClickDimensions Academy that can continually develop with our product and the needs of our customers. My team and I have the opportunity to figure out how to best enable our customers to learn about and get the most out of ClickDimensions.

2. What is one piece of advice you would like to share with ClickDimensions customers?

Check out the ClickDimensions Academy to see what our solutions can do for you! And be transparent in your feedback. We want to know any opportunities for improvement so we can work to better understand your needs and serve you!

3. What’s new in your department or area of the company that’s exciting for ClickDimensions customers?

A shiny new ClickDimensions Academy learning management system (LMS) that we have been moving to. The new LMS will provide an even better online learning experience for our customers. We can’t wait to provide courses and certifications with updated content and structures! All to make learning ClickDimensions more interactive and convenient, then to make the use of ClickDimensions even more intuitive and rewarding.

You will be able to decide which courses you want to go through and at what pace works for you. So, if you want to dive straight into our campaign automation feature course, you can. And that approach can be the same for any of our other courses. We want learning to be available in a “choose your own adventure” kind of way. Then when you want to test your knowledge and obtain a ClickDimensions certification, you can easily enroll in a certification path to see the course completion requirements and exams required to attain the certification. One of the best parts about the certification paths is that they will show any content courses you may have already completed that count towards the certification requirements.

4. If you could learn a new skill in an instant, what would it be?

Learn to be like Joanna Gaines from the HGTV show Fixer Upper and have her seemingly effortless design skills. I can see it now; my house could be filled with successful Pinterest projects.

5. What is the most random thing in your purse or wallet?

How about what isn’t random in there? Just kidding! I’m all about being prepared, so everything in there has its purpose.
