1. What do you like best about your role at ClickDimensions?

The ability to change an individual’s experience in and out of the organization is the most rewarding aspect of my role. Being there for customers, understanding the needs and challenges that they face on a day-to-day basis. Delivering on promises made to the business that impact the success of our customer base. Then to wrap it up, leading a rock star team internally and empowering them to make decisions that lead to a stellar experience for our customers as they navigate our product for their marketing needs.

2. What is one piece of advice you would like to share with ClickDimensions customers?

Take advantage of our in-app chat support system. It is the quickest way to get a resolution to your issues, especially if you have a question that needs answering. On average, we resolve about 90 percent of all our inbound volume through our chat channel. It doesn’t hurt that someone will be there to assist you in under two minutes as well.

3. What’s new in your department or area of the company that’s exciting for ClickDimensions customers?

Our new office and presence in Cork, Ireland is one of the most exciting recent things to happen at ClickDimensions. The presence of fully trained, in-region agents for our EU customers has helped us improve our level of service to these customers. We can hear this echoed through the feedback our customers leave us and their engagement with our Customer Success team. It also allows our U.S. team to focus on in-region customers instead of dividing their attention across the globe.

4. If you woke up tomorrow as an animal, what animal would you choose to be and why?

I guess I would have to go with an octopus. Who knows what I could get done with six extra arms? I mean think about that: typing away, holding my kids, getting coffee, giving the wife a high five on her way to work. It’s all about efficiency and multitasking these days and it doesn’t hurt that they can get out of any tight space. All handy skills in and out of work!

5. If you could learn a new skill in an instant, what would it be?

The art of being a great stand-up comedian. Open mic nights are one thing but to get up in front of a crowd and make hundreds if not thousands of people laugh would be such a delight. Laughter is the fuel for the soul – and how replenishing would that be?
