1. What do you like best about your role at ClickDimensions?

I love getting to work with all different types of people from all over the world, across many industries, all with different strategies. Hearing everyone’s unique perspectives helps me learn new things every day about people and about marketing!

2. What is one piece of advice you would like to share with ClickDimensions customers?

Don’t be afraid to try new things with your marketing! ClickDimensions is a very versatile tool, so if there are features that you are not using, think of small ways to start incorporating them. For example, with campaign automation, start with a small, simple campaign and grow from there or use one of our out of the box templates. If you are not pre-scheduling your social posts through ClickDimensions, try it and see how much time it saves you! Our blog also has amazing articles about different ways our customers use our solution, and how to get the most out of your subscription!

3. What’s new in your department or area of the company that’s exciting for ClickDimensions customers?

With our monthly releases, we are constantly adding new features to our offerings. I love when I am working with a prospect, and I get to show them new features that we just released. They can truly see how quickly our marketing tool grows each time we speak. This is amazing for our customers as we are leading the path in marketing automation and always making sure our customers have the tools they need to achieve their marketing goals!

4. Where do you draw inspiration from?

Speaking with people about how our tool is going to make their lives easier. Marketing should be fun and not bogged down with importing and exporting, having to manually update new leads or website visitors, or perform other manual tasks. I love when I am showing someone part of the tool and they start calculating in their head how much time this will save them. Then we brainstorm about how they are going to use their newfound free time. While I am not winning any Nobel Peace Prizes anytime soon, I do feel we help make people’s jobs easier and that keeps me motivated to want to learn more about how we can help sales, marketing and IT teams!

5. What is your favorite song to sing in the shower/car?

Anything Taylor Swift makes for a great shower concert!
